Comparative Law of Professionals: Legal Opportunities and Challenges of the Bill “Amending the Law on the Establishment of a Psychology and Counseling Organization”

Abstract
The present study has considered the study of comparative law of professionals and for the innovation and efficiency of the research has tried to examine the new principles of comparative administrative law in the reform plan of one of the persons of administrative law in Iran. The research has considered the opportunities and legal challenges of the draft law amending the establishment of the Counseling and Psychology Organization and has tried to organize its research results by focusing on the findings of new comparative law in the administrative field. The results show that despite the efforts of the plan, the legal initiative on the principles of professional ethics, transparency and conflict of interest is still far from the principles of public law.The results show that despite the efforts of the plan, the legal initiative on the principles of professional ethics, transparency and conflict of interest is still far from the principles of public law.
